Biography: Samuel and Glaris Lozi pastor Jubilation Christian Centre and oversee Jubilee Pentecostal Ministries in Kenya. They started the church on April 25, 1994, with seventeen members while Samuel was still employed as a clerk. He resigned in 1997 for full-time ministry. Through conducting Gospel crusades, they saw people getting saved, and the church grew to four hundred members to date.

Jubilee Pentecostal Ministries reaches out to every nation to make disciples for local and global evangelism by reaching, teaching, training and releasing. Through Jubilee Pentecostal Ministries, the Kazungu's aim is to plant churches everywhere. In a short period of time, they have planted six churches and released pastors to these fellowships.

Strengths: Samuel's gifts focus in preaching at crusades as a moving speaker and edifying the believers. Signs and miracles follow his preaching. He terms himself a servant of Jesus Christ who believes all the fivefold gifts are operating in his life.
