If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any product, please contact [email protected]. Such a defect, if any, will be replaced by FMIN.
Credit Card
You may pay by credit card. At the time your order is placed, FMIN obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.
The online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
All online credit card transactions are processed by industry-leading VeriSign to insure the highest level of security.
Online store purchases will include sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping. If you phone in your order, the online store sales representative will provide the final dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the new tax rate in effect at the time of shipment will apply. The proof of purchase that FMIN mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.
If your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please email [email protected]. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are not accepted.
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and shipping method selected.
Note: Title and risk of loss to all product will pass to you upon shipment from FMIN¹s shipping location. However, it is FMIN¹s policy to replace products lost or damaged in transit.
FMIN is not responsible for typographic errors.
FMIN reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the online store at any time.
All sales at the online store are governed by Colorado law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
No FMIN employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the online store's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
